environmental responsibilities.
We will comply to any signed Code of Conduct and local regulations to ensure that our products won’t contain any mineral from Democratic Republic of Congoor nearby countries/regions.

- ACON OPTICS is committed to comply to the EICC and GSI guidelines for sourcing conflict-free materials.

- We will survey and regularly audit our suppliers to confirm their smelter and refiner sources for all the product containing gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), or tungsten(W).

- We will also disclose all the above requirements to our suppliers and request for EICC report update regularly.
